* **NPC Spawn Customization and Debugging Tools:**\
  Added the ability to configure spawn locations for both the start job NPC and the parcel collection NPC. Additionally, debugging tools for polys used in the target system have been implemented.

* **Vehicle Hiring and Timed Delivery Rewards:**\
  Players can now hire a vehicle to complete deliveries, with the vehicle type and spawn location configurable within the settings. Key features include:
  * A reward system for completing all deliveries within a specified time limit, such as completing 5 deliveries in 15 minutes.
